AusPen Purchase Policy

AusPen protects your privacy and all email address and names are for our records only and are not used for a third party. If you are receiving emails from us but you wish to be taken off our mailing list, please email us and we will take your name off straight away or click on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email you received.

Return Policy

We want all our customers to have a happy experience buying our products. If for any reason you receive our products and they are not what you want, you have seven days from receiving the purchased goods to return them. Please send us an email at info@auspen.com, letting us know the reason for the return before sending anything back. Customer pays for postage/freight and the products must be unused and in their original condition.

If you find a problem after the 90 days please still contact us and we will send you out a formal complaint form, though it will be in our judgment on the next steps to take.
